Leanne Bray is a multi-disciplinary artist with over thirty-five years’ experience in a range of media, such as textiles and illustration. With a home-based studio and public art space in Australia and Zimbabwe, you will find her latest exhibition Discernible Sequence on show at the Mundaring Arts Centre.

Learn to print your own etchings at home with exhibiting artist Jane Button. In this three hour workshop, you’ll create a series of high quality prints using common kitchen supplies. Jane will even demonstrate how to turn a pasta maker into a mini etching press. Bring along your own reference image to draw from as you will create your own etching to print on the day.

Draw and print your own self-portrait these school holidays with Jane Button. You’ll learn to transfer your portrait to a foam block for printing, bringing your drawing to life with ink. In this workshop you will use a mini printing press to make an edition of three prints to take home.

Join Phoebe Todd-Parrish to make a sophisticated notebook or sketchbook with simple materials you already have at home. In this live demonstration you'll learn step-by-step to bind using a buttonhole stitch or "long-stitch" book structure which can hold many pages/signatures and is perfect for creating your personalised sketchbooks. This workshop covers fundamental techniques of bookbinding that you can then apply to working with other book structures and bindings.

Design and carve your own custom rubber stamps for printing seasonal gift wrap, tags, and cards in this 3 hour workshop with Phoebe Todd-Parrish. No previous relief printing experience is required, just come with your ideas, holiday cheer, and any extra things you’d like to print on for the holidays.
