Aska, experienced illustrator of picture books, graphic novels and comic books will guide students in designing their own characters, based on a set of traits selected on the day.

In the session students will learn how to think on their feet, sketch quickly and focus on idea development rather than a final product. All levels of drawing ability are welcomed. Some writing will be involved. Lively discussion, group brainstorming and giving constructive feedback to peers will be encouraged.
