The Act-Belong-Commit heARTlines Children’s Literature and Illustration Festival, hosted by the Mundaring Arts Centre (MAC), celebrates the artistic process of book creation. The Festival brings some of WA’s most talented children’s book authors and illustrators to share their skills with our community via a range of hands on sessions, exhibition tours, talks and an Open Day. 

BOOKING INFORMATION

Primary and high school classes are invited to informally visit MJAC and the heARTlines exhibition free of charge throughout the festival. Call MAC first 08 9295 3991 and we’ll organise a free guided tour for you.

Costs have been kept to the low price of $4 per student (excluding GST) for all school sessions at MAC. All session times include a 15 minute guided tour of the heARTlines exhibition.  The exhibition will be displayed at Midland Junction Arts Centre and the tour will be led by a MAC staff member.  

Booked sessions will be secured by payment of a minimum 10% deposit prior to the festival.
An invoice will be sent to you shortly after your booking.  
If you need to change your booking for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible.

Please note: in the event of a cancellation within 1 week (7 days) of a booked session, full payment for that session will be charged to your school.
