Excellence in Innovation, Design & Originality, Creativity & Artistic Expression, Outstanding Costume and Participation, and Most Entertaining Performance will be awarded on the night in three categories; 15 and Under; 16 to 19 years; Over 20 years. Entries must be the original work of the entrant. Entries must use recycled, upcycled, preloved materials – preferably no plastic. Entries will be worn in choreographed arts performance at Midland Junction Arts Centre on Saturday 9 November 2018 from 7 – 8.30pm. All participants and performers MUST ATTEND a full rehearsal on Saturday 9 November at 2.00pm - 6.30pm at the Midland Junction Arts Centre. Performers must arrive at the Midland Junction Arts Centre for makeup, hair and revision of the performance at 2pm. exact time to be advised once the schedule for the event is confirmed. Organizers reserve the right to take photographs of entries for reproduction, publicity and archival purposes. Mundaring Arts Centre also reserves the right to reproduce the winning entries. All use of reproductions will observe the moral rights of participants. The insurance of the work is the responsibility of the participant. Works will be worn and carried according to participant’s instruction and all entries will be handled with due care. Mundaring Arts Centre does not accept responsibility for loss and/or accidental damage arising from judging or transit.
